  • Detangle first: Use a detangling brush. The bristles are dense, so pre-detangling reduces breakage.
  • Apply products: Apply your styling cream and gel.
  • Section hair.
  • Brush: Start at the roots and tilt the brush so hair falls into the grooves, then glide down each section so the edges separate and define.
  • Repeat through all sections.
  • Polish: Use the top edge for shorter pieces or bangs, and refine curls with the handle.
  • Scrunch and dry: Diffuse or air dry.

Use light, steady pressure. As with any hair tool, aggressive or repeated force may contribute to hair damage.

Cleaning:

  • Remove hair from the bristles using your fingers or a cleaning comb.
  • Spray a cleaner (e.g. alcohol, Barbicide, or Bounce Curl Turmeric Purifying Hair & Scalp Mask).
  • Let it sit on the brush for a maximum of 10 minutes, then rinse.
  • Air dry completely with the bristles facing down before use.

PLA: The handle and body are made from renewable PLA (derived from corn or sugarcane). The vegan boar bristles are made from durable plant-based fibres.
